Malays the developed race in 2020

What does PM mean by developed race and developed nation?

To me it just means that he wants Malaysia and her citizens to be like the West, especially USA and Europe.

What do we see in the West? Materially, it is filthy rich with such a wide gap between the rich and the poor. And the gap is growing fast.

People have over-come problems and gone to the moon. Yet on earth, the Westren man fails himself.

Spiritually, the West is down in the dumps. What more can you say about a society when same sex marriage is legalised?

A minister in one European countries brought along his 'man' wife to an official state function.

Less people are getting maried. Birth rates in some western countries are negative and the population are aging, with all the consequences.

More and more children are born out of wedlock. The family institution is crumbling fast.

Life in the West is full of stress. When in New York, you are advised not to go out after 4PM. If, for some reason, you have to go out, to save you from harm or death, make sure you have some cash on you, just in case you are extorted.

Stress breeds mental illness and drug (alcohol, morphine, cocaine, methanamines , ganja ect) addiction,
with all the frightening consequences. Suicide is increasing.

In the late 80s, there were one million new schizophrenic patients every year roaming free on the streets in USA.

Crime is commited every second in USA.

Racial discrimation continues unabated. Look at what happen in USA
when Katrina struck New Orleans.

In France the discriminated took to the streets, burning vehicles and houses, causing disruption and destruction in the coutry.

This then is the over-view of the developed nation and the developed race that PM Abdullah Badawi wants Malaysia and the Malays to stive for.

But what does Allah say?

"Let not the free disposal (and affluence) of the disbelievers throughout the land decieve you. A brief enjoyment; then, their ultimate abode is Hell; and worst indeed is that palce for rest." (Al Quran 3:196-197)

Follow the exmaples set out by the Prophet Muhammad saw who winthin 23 years transformed the Arab society, which was poor, disunited and colonised by the Romans and the Persians into the best society in the history of man-kind.

The Muslims then were the best of people as they believed in Allah, fear Him and do good and prevent evil, which are the definition and characteristics of first class human being.

Following the examples set, Khalifah Umar Abd Aziz wiped out poverty only in the 2+ years of his short reign, the first that poverty was successfully abolished in history.

PM Abdullah Badawi, Islamic studies graduate from UM, should be aware of all this.

All that he needs is political will and strengh to follow Nabi Muhammad's saw examples. He can, after-all UMNO-BN controls more than 90% of Parliment.

It is just a question of whether he wants to do it or not, and not to continue with Wawasan 2020 thought out by Mahathir Muhammad who had caused so much trouble and misery to the Malays in particular and to Malaysia in general.

Abdullah Badawi, as PM, must bear in mind that as a leader, he is responsible for everything that happens in Malaysia and that he will be called to account for his leadership by Allah.

The Malays will survive only if he follows Allah's guidance. Otherwise, the Malays will be wiped out from the face of this earth, just as other races, like the Tsamud, Aad, Pharoes, before this, have been destroyed by Allah.
