True Change/Transformation
Summary:
  1. Transform the mind-set first
  2. Focus and remember Allay always
  3. Take the Al Quran as a Guide
  4. Follow Nabi Muhammad s.a.w, the walking Al Quran

Leadership
Abdullah bin Umar r.a. mengabarkan , bahawa Rasullullah s.aw bersabda: “Setiap kamu adalah pemimpin. Dan setiap pemimpin bertanggunjawap atas kepemimpinannya... (HR Bukhari)

Leadership is a question of responsibility. Everyone is a leader, at least to himself. Allah says that means:

8. Then He showed him what is wrong for him and what is right for him;
9. Indeed he succeeds who purifies his own self (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).
10. And indeed he fails who corrupts his own self (i.e. disobeys what Allah has ordered by rejecting the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism or by following polytheism, etc. or by doing every kind of evil wicked deeds). (As Syam 91:8-10)

He then guides his eyes, ears, tongue, hands, feet and private organs, based on his mind-set.

In his house he is the leader, assisted by his wife. He is responsible for his family members:

6. O ye who believe! save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who flinch not (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do (precisely) what they are commanded. (At Tahrim 66:6)

In society, Muslims are the leaders. Allah says that means:

It is He (Allah) Who has named you Muslims both before and in this (the Qur'an), that the Messenger (Muhammad ) may be a witness over you and you be witnesses over mankind! (Al Haj 22:78)

As a leader, man must follow the Al Quran as the guide, as did the Children of Israel:

23 ….And We made it [the Taurat (Torah)] a guide to the Children of Israel.
24. And We made from among them (Children of Israel), leaders, giving guidance under Our Command, when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). (As Sajdah 32:23-24)

Three groups of people cannot be leaders in society, to bring peace and happiness, because Allah does not give guidance to these people:
1. And Allah guides not the people, who are Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.).
(Al Baqarah 2:258)
  1. . And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
    (Al Baqarah 2:264)
  2. Verily, Allah guides not the people who are the Fasiqin (rebellious, disobedient to Allah) .
    (Al Munafiquun 63:6)
To be good leaders a person must have high taqwa. Allah says that means:
Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. one of the Muttaqun (pious - see V.2:2)] ( al Hujurat49:13)

Prophet Muhammad s.aw has the highest Taqwa. He therefore is the best person to be a leader. He successfully built up the best society in the history of mankind within 23 years of his s.a.w prophet hood:
110. You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah. ( Ali Imran 3:110)
And true to His promise:
105. Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." (Al Anbiyaa' 21:105)
The Muslim at one time controlled three-quarter of the known world and produced the richest man in the world at that time in Abdul Rahman bin Auf r.a who was among the 10 people promised syurga/heaven by the Prophet s.a.w.
Allah promises that man will experience the same peace, happiness and prosperity if he sticks to His Guidance (Al Quran) and will otherwise suffer if he ignores it:
123. He said: "Get ye down, both of you,- all together, from the Garden, with enmity one to another: but if, as is sure, there comes to you Guidance from Me, whosoever follows My Guidance, will not lose his way, nor fall into misery.
124. "But whosoever turns away from My Message, verily for him is a life narrowed down, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Judgment." (Ta Haa 20:123-124)

We Malaysians must reflect deeply about what Malaysia is going through? Have we the right leaders to take Malaysia forward to peace, happiness and prosperity?
Vision 2020 is not the answer as the so called developed nations are on the verge of collapsed, politically, economically and socially.

Malaysia needs the correct change/transformation.
